What is the company training meeting and why does it matter?
It is the weekly meeting where the company commander plans and prepares near-term training. It is held on the same day and time each week as part of the unit battle rhythm and attended by the leaders who run the training: the executive officer, first sergeant, platoon leaders, platoon sergeants, and supporting section leaders. It is the center of gravity for unit training management because it is where planned training becomes resourced, executable training.

What is the T-week concept?
T-week is a backward-planning framework that ties the weeks before and after a training event to the actions required to prepare for and follow up on it. The week of execution is week T. Week T-6 is six weeks out; week T+1 is the week after. Companies use it in the training meeting so preparation happens on a schedule instead of at the last minute.
