Seamanship, watchstanding, naval doctrine, and advancement exam preparation. This guide is not open yet — the Army guide came first, and each service gets the same treatment rather than a thin copy of it.

What this guide will hold

  • The publication index — OPNAVINSTs, NTTPs, and the NAVEDTRA rate training manuals, numbered and summarized.
  • Watchstanding and seamanship references: standard commands, sound-powered phone talker discipline, and the watch organization.
  • Advancement study material built from the bibliographies, with the same quiz and flashcard modes as the Army guide.
  • Evaluations and the FITREP: how the report is built, what the traits mean, and how to write a bullet that survives the board.
  • Uniform regulations, rank and rate structure, and the customs a sailor is expected to know cold.

No date promised. When it opens it will be because the material is verified against current publications, not because a placeholder expired.
