Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention. It is governed by AR 600-52, the Army's first standalone SHARP regulation, which took effect in February 2025. Before that, SHARP was covered inside AR 600-20.

Who can a Soldier make a restricted report to?
A Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, a SHARP victim advocate, or a healthcare provider. Telling anyone else, including the chain of command or law enforcement, generally makes the report unrestricted.
